WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine
Business Council (USUBC) is pleased to announce, on behalf of the entire
membership, that Doheny Global Group ("Doheny"), based in Los Angeles
and New York, has been approved for membership in USUBC.  They
are USUBC member seventy-nine.
 
The Doheny Global Group ("Doheny") has extensive experience with
structuring financial transactions, accessing capital markets, and delivering
high quality investment opportunities to investors. Doheny is very active in
Ukraine and has an office in Kyiv.
 
Doheny's American team has spent significant time in Eastern Europe gaining an understanding of the region's business and culture. Doheny's distinctive combination of a Western background and Eastern European business and cultural understanding grants it a unique ability to bring Western expertise into the region.

Irwin G. Katsof is Managing Director of Doheny Global Group. He is a
businessman, entrepreneur, educator, and author.  Irwin was introduced
to USUBC by Michael Bleyzer, President, SigmaBleyzer Emerging Markets
Private Equity Investment Group, a member of USUBC. 
 
Mr. Katsof works with a large number of chairmen and chief executive
officers of public and private companies, philanthropists, investment
bankers, institutional and private investors to benefit the clientele of the
firm.
 
Jacob Rheuban, Managing Director, heads the Doheny Global Group office
in Kyiv, Ukraine. Mr. Rheuban is a founding member of Doheny Global Group.
Mr. Rheuban is also a principal in a private real estate firm which purchases
and leases properties for its own account. He will represent Doheny Global
Group on the USUBC board of directors. 
 
AVEST UKRAINE -----

Avest was founded in 2005 with a view on bringing international quality
real estate and finance expertise to Ukraine. Since its founding, Avest has
consolidated a pipeline of quality projects it is now developing in
partnership with Doheny Global Group.

Avest has also been instrumental in preparing the entry strategy into the
Ukrainian market for several leading investment and development companies.

DohenyAvest is a real estate development company that has been formed
through a collaboration between the Doheny Global Group and Avest
Development. The company has built a professional development team with
in-depth knowledge and execution capabilities on the Ukrainian real estate
market. DohenyAvest operates local development offices based out of
Kyiv, Ukraine.

The office is staffed with a team of western project managers, construction
managers, and architects that coordinate the on-the-ground efforts of the
design and construction teams.

USUBC MEMBERSHIP NOW TOTALS SEVENTY-NINE 

Doheny Global Group is the 79th member for USUBC, the 27th new member
for 2008, and the 57th new member since January of 2007. USUBC membership has more than tripled in the past 17 months, going from 22 members in January of 2007 to 79 members in May of 2008.
