George Moraczewski
George Moraczewski is the Director of International Partnerships at L3Harris Technologies Inc., based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. He represents the international equities of the company’s $5.5 billion Communications Systems Segment, working closely with the U.S. government and international partners. In his role, he facilitates global business operations and serves as the principal advisor on security assistance programs, foreign military sales lifecycle management, and U.S. export approvals.
Before joining L3Harris, George completed a distinguished 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force, culminating in an international affairs assignment at the Pentagon. Throughout his military service, he held positions of increasing responsibility as an engineer and multilingual foreign area officer. His overseas assignments included combat deployments, as well as diplomatic postings to European and Eurasian U.S. embassy country teams, where he advanced U.S. national security and theater cooperation objectives.
George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, an MBA with a concentration in International Business, and a postgraduate certificate in Russia/Eurasia from the National Intelligence University. His expertise has been recognized with the highest-level DoD International Affairs Specialist certification.
He also serves as an Executive Committee Board member of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council.
