Yuriy Prykhodko
Yuriy Prykhodko is Director of IKEA Ukraine.
Prior to this appointment, since 2016 Yuriy worked as a Managing Director, PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies Ukraine.
Yuriy carries over 25 years of experience in government relations, commercial diplomacy, and business advocacy delivered to dozens of multinational companies pursuing opportunities in the NIS region.
Prior to joining PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2016, Yuriy worked as a Government and Public Affairs Advisor to ExxonMobil. Besides the Ukraine portfolio, Yuriy handled political and regional issues of relevance to the corporation, most notably the US-EU-Russia relations. From 1993 - 2012 Yuriy was part of US Embassy Kyiv working as a principal local advisor and analyst to the U.S. Department of Commerce in the formulation of the bilateral commercial strategy, planning and administering trade development programs.
Yuriy holds Executive MBA from the International Management Institute in Kyiv, and is a graduate from Kyiv State Linguistics University. Yuriy was awarded US Department of Commerce Bronze Medal being recognized a Foreign National Employee of the Year (2010).
