Asters advises Nestlé on Ukrainian merger control aspects of two transactions with a total value of over USD 5 billion

Asters provided legal advice to Nestlé, one of the world’s largest food and beverage company, in obtaining merger clearances from the Ukrainian competition authority in connection with:
- the acquisition of Atrium Innovations, a global leader in nutritional health products, from a group of investors led by Permira Funds for USD 2.3 billion in cash;
- the sale of U.S. confectionary business to Ferrero for USD 2.8 billion in cash.
