Graham Conlon

Graham Conlon has taken over as Managing Partner of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ukraine. Graham, an English-qualified solicitor, advises on high-profile M&A transactions throughout Europe and beyond, recent transactions in Ukraine including the $100 million joint venture with Cargill to construct a grain terminal in the port of Yuzhni, the transaction which brings P&O Maritime/DP World to Ukraine for the first time, and the sale by Horizon Capital of a stake in Ciklum to George Soros’s Ukrainian Redevelopment Fund. Graham additionally holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, with a principal focus on corporate finance and M&A/private equity. Graham takes over from Daniel Bilak, who has resolved to continue in his role as Director of UkraineInvest, and the Prime Minister’s chief investment advisor.

Maryna Ilchuk

Maryna Ilchuk has joined CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang as a senior associate in the Energy & Projects team, the leading energy law practice in Ukraine. Maryna has substantial experience in advising domestic and foreign clients in the energy sector, including oil & gas and renewables, as well as infrastructure. Maryna assists energy clients in general commercial matters, legal due diligence, transaction structuring,  acquisitions, structuring the relationship of public and private partners, and regulatory matters. Maryna also has experience in energy disputes.

Ievgen Storozhenko

Ievgen Storozhenko joined CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang as an associate in the Real Estate & Construction team. Ievgen’s recent experience includes advising clients in the marine infrastructure, glassware production, oil-extraction, agrarian, and IT sectors, with respect to the carrying out of due diligence processes and preparing transaction documents, as well as drafting and negotiating various lease agreements.

Anatolii Doludenko

Anatolii Doludenko joined CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang as an associate in the Energy & Projects team.  Anatolii has extensive experience in energy, infrastructure, real estate, international finance, intellectual property and other general commercial matters, and his recent experience includes advising on various energy (namely, wind and hydro power) and infrastructure projects (namely, river and sea port infrastructure).

 Viktoriia Stavchuk

Viktoriia Stavchuk has joined CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang as an associate in the Tax team. Viktoriia has over 5 years of experience in taxation, advising large Ukrainian and international companies on domestic and international tax issues. Her work includes assisting clients with direct and indirect tax planning, tax structuring and compliance, as well as transfer pricing matters and customs regulations. Viktoriia has experience in advising clients from various industries, including oil & gas, renewables, IT and financial services.
