The New European Champions project is an initiative led by EFER in collaboration with IESE Business School (Barcelona) and the Warsaw School of Economics, aimed at identifying entrepreneurs who have built innovative international growth companies that are born and located in Central and Eastern Europe (including the former German Democratic Republic) and Russia. SoftServe has been selected by a committee composed of high‐level representatives from academia, the business world, and international organizations as an inspiring case in the region and as a role model for future generations of students and entrepreneurs, to honor company`s successful expansion into international markets.

The award gala was held on Thursday, July 21st during the European Entrepreneurship Colloquium 2011 in Warsaw.
