YOU ARE INVITED to the annual business meeting of the members of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will be held in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, December 9th, 2010 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. followed by a reception in the board room of the Baker & McKenzie law firm, 815 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.
Each USUBC member has one vote at the annual business meeting. USUBC members who are not able to have their official board member or another designated representative at the annual meeting will be able to vote by proxy. Proxy ballots will be sent out early next week. Members are encouraged to be represented at the annual business meeting and can have more than one person attend the annual business meeting.
