YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE 2015 ANNUAL MEETING of the board of directors of the official members of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will be held in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, December 17, 2015, business meeting 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. with the 20th Anniversary Celebration Luncheon starting at 12 noon.
The USUBC annual meeting and USUBC 20th Anniversary Celebration Luncheon will be held at The Army & Navy Club on Farragut Square, Ballroom, 2nd Floor, 901 17th Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
EVENT 1. USUBC ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING: 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon
EVENT 2 - USUBC 20th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION LUNCHEON - 12 noon to 2 p.m.

Each USUBC official member, through their representative on the USUBC board of directors, has one vote at the annual meeting. Members who are not able to have their designated board member or another designated representative in person at the annual meeting in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, December 17, 2015, will be able to vote for officers and members of the executive committee by proxy via e-mail or fax or can vote in person. Members attendees at the meeting do not have to be only the official board member or designated representative. Additional persons from members are welcome.
