Empower Workers Worldwide with GFI

As the Founder and President of the Global Fairness Initiative (GFI), I am writing to let you know that next Tuesday, November 28^th is #GivingTuesday – your chance to stand shoulder to shoulder with me and many others in the GFI family who are working every day to create a more equitable world for women, men, and their families. Your donation to the Global Fairness Initiative on #GivingTuesday will directly support the vulnerable communities with whom GFI works across the globe. With millions of individuals around the world struggling to survive in the global economy, GFI's work is more important than ever. Just this past year, GFI worked to empower thousands of women producers on the continents of India and Africa by connecting them to larger supply chains to sell their goods for higher prices. In Nepal, GFI focused on transforming the brick industry by eliminating child, forced, and bonded labor, and across Latin America, GFI invested in workforce development programs for at-risk youth so they could develop their full potential. In all of GFI’s projects and programs, women and men are able to build their own capacity to secure a more sustainable livelihood for themselves and their families.
