November 2017 – Recently, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (the "AMC") has issued guidelines regarding the application of the Law of Ukraine on State Aid to Undertakings (No. 1555-VII of 1 July 2014, the "Law"), which entered into force on 2 August 2017.

These guidelines give an overview of the most typical issues that businesses may face in the context of state aid. Importantly, the guidelines make reference to EU regulations and case law when interpreting the Law.

Please see the attachment or follow the link for a short overview regarding the application of legislation on state aid in Ukraine.
