On Wednesday, November 21, 2019, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) hosted a roundtable with His Excellency Ambassador William B. Taylor, Chargé d’Affaires.
Ambassador William B. Taylor has a wealth of diplomatic experience, which he brings to the U.S. Embassy during this very important time in U.S.-Ukraine relations. The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) has worked closely with Ambassador Taylor for many years. He served as a Senior Advisor to USUBC for ten years from 2009 to 2019.

During the roundtable, participants talked about business and investment climate in Ukraine, priority reforms, U.S. – Ukraine relations, IMF cooperation and NBU. Morgan Williams, USUBC, President moderated the panel.
“NBU independence is very important, one of the key benchmarks for the IMF program is independence of NBU, I talked about it to Governor, Deputy Governor and the stuff a couple of days ago. The United States remains deeply committed to the success of a stable, prosperous, democratic and free Ukraine, and we continue to stand in support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.” – said Ambassador William B. Taylor.
During the event, Morgan Williams, President, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) and Ambassador William B. Taylor presented Distinguished Service Award to Leonid Kozachenko, President, Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation.
