During the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome, the companies signed an agreement to establish a joint venture to produce critical chemical components for ammunition. The new facility, based in the U.S., will help address shortages in Ukraine’s defense sector and strengthen transatlantic defense supply chains.
