Jennifer Pueschner is the Ukraine Executive for Global Accounts, Requirements & Capabilities, Raytheon Company, a business of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX). At Raytheon, strategic leadership and a culture of innovation are integral to success in global defense markets. Jennifer leverages her extensive experience in sustainment and defense, which are critical to her customers’ national defense capabilities and operational objectives. She brings the power of Raytheon’s diverse programs and capabilities together with her counterparts at Pratt & Whitney and Collins to shape customer requirements, identify opportunities for strategic collaboration and drive growth.
Prior to this role, Pueschner held leadership positions across numerous business segments including Naval Power, Air Warfare, Operations, U.S. Business Development, Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management. Her achievements include strategic support of a portfolio valued at over $2B across numerous program areas, driving innovation in Requirements & Capabilities, developing winning capture strategies for programs in excess of $1B and creating cross-company, customer-focused solutions.
Before joining Raytheon in 2003, Pueschner spent more than six years leading client development organizations focused on corporate training and education. She has supported multiple Fortune 1000 companies, with clients including Eli Lilly, Kyocera – Qualcomm, Toyota, Rockwell Collins and Cisco Systems.
Pueschner is also the founder of two 501(c)(3) organizations: the Frisco Police Officers Wives Association (FPOWA), established in 2007, and the Ironwood Ridge Cross Country Track and Field Parents Association, established in 2020.
She is a certified Raytheon Six Sigma Expert™ and Advanced Capture Manager. Pueschner earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from SUNY Albany, a master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s certificate in strategy and risk management from Stanford University.
