On 23 February, the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) and the British-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (BUCC), with co-host UK Friends of Ukraine, convened an exclusive Business Roundtable and Reception with a distinguished delegation of 20 Members of the UK Parliament from the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Ukraine.

The discussion focused on the investment and business opportunities emerging from the landmark UK-Ukraine 100-Year Partnership Agreement. Particular attention was given to cooperation in the energy sector, recovery and reconstruction efforts, and defence industry collaboration. The event brought together UK parliamentarians and Ukraine-based British and American business leaders for a substantive exchange on how to translate political commitment into practical investment and long-term economic partnership.

The program featured opening remarks from USUBC and BUCC leadership, as well as the Chairs of the British and Ukrainian parliamentary delegations, followed by a dynamic panel discussion and a networking reception. The session was co-moderated by Colin Ross, Director of BUCC and Country Director for Gleeds Ukraine, and Mykola Stetsenko, Member of the USUBC Executive Committee and Managing Partner at AVELLUM. From the USUBC members, Andriy Tanchak, Senior Regulatory Engagement Manager at British American Tobacco Ukraine, joined the discussion.

The evening provided a valuable platform to deepen transatlantic cooperation and reinforce private-sector engagement in Ukraine’s recovery and future growth.
