U.S.-Ukraine Business Council Welcomes Prytula Foundation USA as a New Member

Established in 2024 in Chicago, Illinois, Prytula Foundation USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and part of the global humanitarian initiative founded by Serhiy Prytula. The Foundation unites the Ukrainian diaspora, international donors, and strategic partners to deliver critical aid to Ukraine during wartime and to support long-term recovery.

With more than $6.7 million already provided in humanitarian assistance, the organization plays a meaningful role in addressing urgent needs while helping communities rebuild and regain stability.

Prytula Foundation USA focuses on humanitarian demining, reconstruction of school shelters, healthcare support, logistics and transportation, crisis emergency response, and its “Save Communities” initiative. Beyond immediate relief, the Foundation is committed to fostering resilience and sustainable recovery. Its U.S. presence enhances access to global donors, and facilitates partnerships with corporations and international organizations seeking to contribute effectively to Ukraine’s recovery.
