With more than 42 years of leadership in the U.S. munitions enterprise, Michael H. Yoh, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Munitions at Day & Zimmermann, has been honored with the 2026 NDIA Jim Shields Lifetime Achievement Award. The recognition highlights his decades-long commitment to strengthening production capacity, safeguarding critical ammunition infrastructure, and advancing support for the American warfighter. Yoh will be formally recognized at the 2026 Munitions Executive Summit Award Ceremony on March 18.
