Lesya Kuzmenko

Lesya Kuzmenko has more than 20 years of professional experience in banking and finance, with a strong focus on investment and development in Ukraine’s real sector. She earned her MBA from Kyiv National Economic University and began her career at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and in Ukrainian commercial banks.

In 2006, Ms. Kuzmenko joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she has built a distinguished career in the Agribusiness and Industry sectors. Over the years, she progressed from Senior Analyst to senior leadership roles, demonstrating deep expertise in structuring and executing complex investment projects. Since 2018, she has served as Associate Director and Deputy Head of Ukraine, leading the Industry, Commerce, and Agribusiness (ICA) sector and managing a team of approximately 30 banking professionals.
