Andrii Hrytseniuk is an executive director with over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in digital transformation, product development, and the implementation of technological innovations in the financial, public, and defense sectors.
In 2025, he became the CEO of Brave1, where he is responsible for identifying and managing the development of technologies that can create an advantage on the battlefield, as well as their subsequent deployment and scaling at the front.
Since 2023, Andrii has been working at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, where he led the development of the Diia and MRIIA applications and played a key role in projects such as eOselya, military bonds, and online marriage registration. He contributed to the development of the “colored money” anti-fraud system, which became the foundation for the ePidtrymka and eVidnovlennya programs.
Previously, he served as CIO and board member at PrivatBank and Sense Bank, where he implemented large-scale IT transformations, introduced innovative banking products, and ensured the resilience of critical financial infrastructure during wartime. He also held senior positions at the National Bank of Ukraine, Raiffeisen Bank, Platinum Bank, and international IT companies. In 2022 Andrii Hrytseniuk was recognized as Chief Information Officer of The Year by The Banker (UK).
