Responding to strong interest from prospective applicants, American Councils for International Education has broadened participation criteria for its Ukrainian Business Leaders – Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship program by increasing the eligible age limit to 45. With just 10 days remaining before the February 16, 2026 application deadline, the fully funded U.S.-based fellowship offers Ukrainian entrepreneurs and business leaders a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build international networks, and strengthen skills to support Ukraine’s economic growth.
