The newly signed Memorandum of Cooperation establishes a foundation for expanding educational and professional opportunities for Ukrainian veterans, service members, and their families. The partnership focuses on facilitating access to bachelor’s and master’s programs, enhancing grant and scholarship options, and organizing educational and career development initiatives. The agreement was signed on behalf of American University Kyiv by Dan Rice, President, and Oleksii Shershnov, Vice President.
