American Councils for International Education has announced the opening of recruitment for the Fall 2026 Ukrainian Business Leaders – Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UBL PIE) program.

Designed to strengthen Ukraine’s next generation of business leaders, UBL PIE is a fully funded professional exchange that will bring 15 mid-level entrepreneurs and innovators from across Ukraine to the United States for a three-week, individually tailored fellowship. Participants gain hands-on experience, expand professional networks, and develop practical skills to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth at home.

Eligibility requirements include:

  • Ukrainian citizenship and current residence in Ukraine
  • Age 21–40 at any time during the program
  • English proficiency
  • Professional experience and commitment in business, entrepreneurship, innovation, social entrepreneurship, social media, or regional economic development
