American University Kyiv held an offline AUK Talks event titled “War in Ukraine: Pathways to Peace and Justice”, featuring Ambassador Kurt Volker and Ambassador Clint Williamson. The discussion explored the role of international and domestic mechanisms in addressing war crimes and the newly announced Special Tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression. This timely event took place on the same day as the Council of Europe summit, where 35 countries endorsed the creation of the tribunal.
