The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted conditional merger clearance for Kyivstar’s acquisition of Tabletki.ua, the country’s leading online pharmaceutical search and reservation platform. The deal marks a strategic step in Kyivstar’s transformation into a broader digital ecosystem player, expanding its presence in digital health and strengthening its data-driven capabilities through a network of over 12,000 partner pharmacies nationwide.
