Law students across Ukraine have an opportunity to deepen their understanding of mergers and acquisitions through the upcoming M&A Academy educational programme organised by AVELLUM in partnership with the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and supported by the Civil Law Research Centre of the Kyiv-Mohyla Faculty of Law. The course will feature lectures and seminars delivered by partners and lawyers from AVELLUM’s Corporate and M&A practice, including Managing Partner Mykola Stetsenko, Head of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Running from March 26 to May 5 in a hybrid format, the programme will explore transaction structuring, legal documentation, and the role of lawyers throughout different stages of M&A deals.
