He joined GE in 2006, performing a series of leadership roles in the company’s Power and Water businesses and the Global Growth Organization, and most recently serving as CEO for Central Asia & Azerbaijan.</p><p>Béla holds a B.A. in Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and an MBA in Finance Strategy from The Open University (UK). He speaks Russian language fluently and is based in Moscow.</p>
