Was born in 1997 on Alchevsk (Luhansk region)

Education:

  • Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (2019), obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics.
  • Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (2021), obtained a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations.

Languages: Ukrainian, English, German.

Career:

From 2017 to 2021 – was active as a sole proprietor.

In 2021 – worked at the Kyiv branch of the American logistics company Everest TS LLC.

Since 2021, has held various positions at the Ministry for Strategic Industries of Ukraine:

  • 2021–2022: Leading Specialist of the Investment Attraction, Public-Private Partnership and State Investment Projects Division, Department for Investment Policy, International Technical Assistance and Exhibition Activities;
  • 2022–2024: Leading Specialist of the Investment Attraction, Public-Private Partnership and State Investment Projects Division, Department for Investment Policy and Exhibition Activities;
  • Since March 2024: Head of the European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Division, Department for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Multilateral Cooperation;
  • Since October 2024: Acting Head of the Department for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Multilateral Cooperation.

On April 17, 2025 — appointed Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine for European Integration by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №343-r dated April 15, 2025.
