Francesca is the Country Director for Ukraine heading up the Trade and Investment section of the British Embassy Kyiv. The section provides support to British businesses in a variety of sectors including security, defense, healthcare, energy, agriculture, tech and work with the Government of Ukraine to overcome market access barriers that businesses face.
Prior to this position Francesca oversaw the implementation of the UK’s newly agreed free trade agreements. Francesca has also spent several years working in UK diplomatic missions in Sub-Saharan Africa undertaking commercial and political work.
