Jared Hill joined Bunge in 2015. He currently serves as the Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs and leads the Government and Industry Affairs function in North America. Hill works with a wide variety of government officials, non-governmental organizations and industry trade associations to advance policy and regulatory positions vital to Bunge’s global businesses.
Before joining Bunge, Hill was with the National Grain and Feed Association, where he led the NGFA’s legislative efforts on a broad range of key industry priorities. He previously served as Agriculture and International Trade Counsel for U.S. Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, Hill was a partner in a Des Moines-based law firm with a focus on serving clients in the agriculture and food sector.
Hill received an undergraduate degree in business marketing with a minor in sociology from Iowa State University and earned a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He lives in the Washington, D.C. suburbs with his wife and children.
