<p><img alt="" src="/images/Louis-Dupuis-Lockheed-Martin.jpg" style="float:left; height:349px; width:250px" />Louis &ldquo;Dupes&rdquo; Dupuis serves as Director International Government Affairs for Europe at Lockheed Martin. In this capacity, he serves as the corporation&rsquo;s liaison to the European diplomatic community in Washington D.C., coordinates and shapes pursuits within his portfolio and across LM&rsquo;s four business areas, and supports senior leader executive engagements.</p><p>Previously, Louis was an International Business Development Principal for Lockheed Martin Corporation&rsquo;s Missiles and Fire Control Tactical Missiles portfolio worldwide. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of business development and capture for precision engagement capabilities for Lockheed Martin&rsquo;s air-to-ground missions such as the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile, the Long Rang Anti-Ship Missile, and Laser Guided Munitions.</p><p>Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 2016, he had a 27-year career in the United States Air Force retiring as a Colonel after serving as a Squadron Commander, a Group Commander and a Vice Wing Commander. Louis&rsquo; broad military career provided him opportunities to work in top-level positions involving international partnerships, defense policy, security cooperation, legislative affairs, Joint Staff J5 operations, USCENTCOM J3 operations, US Air Force requirements, professional military education, flight test, and combat military operations. Louis has 2500+ hours in the F-15E as a Weapons Systems Officer and is a graduate of the USAF Weapons Instructor Course.</p><p><a href="/files/Louis-Dupuis-Lockheed-Martin-Bio.pdf" target="_blank">Louis F.
