Professional Experience:
• 2010–2020 — Project management in the fields of energy efficiency, gas and electricity supply, renewable energy sources, resource management, landfill degasification, water and heat supply, forestry, and reforestation.
• 2020–2021 — Projects focused on energy efficiency and waste management, participation in the implementation of European Green Deal initiatives and climate projects.
• 2022 — Led the team responsible for preparing Ukraine’s Recovery Plan under the National Council, coordinated the completion of the EU questionnaire in the areas of energy and environmental protection.
• 2022–2023 — Supported the launch of the Ukrainian Donor Platform, coordinated international aid to the energy sector, led the development of the AidEnergy online platform for managing assistance to the energy sector.
• 2023 — Member of the organizational team at the Ministry of Economy for the development and implementation of the Ukraine Facility Plan and its investment component, with a focus on energy, climate, environmental protection, and critical raw materials.
• 2024 — Project Manager of REMIT initiative on integrity and transparency in the wholesale energy market; member of the support team to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in organizing the public investment management system and activities of the Strategic Investment Council.
On October 11, 2024, appointed by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as Deputy Minister for the Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
