Vitaliy Kindrativ currently serves as the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, overseeing critical state policy areas such as technical regulation, intellectual property, innovation, economic security and defense, as well as the development of industrial parks and investment support. His extensive responsibilities include coordination of the State Service for Export Control and the State Agency for Reserve Management, ensuring robust and strategic governance in these key sectors.
Kindrativ brings nearly two decades of dedicated experience in public service, having served in influential positions across various government bodies, including the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Ecology, and the Administration of the President of Ukraine. He has also led strategic initiatives as Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Oblast State Administration, Director General for Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Infrastructure, and Head of both the State Service for Maritime and Inland Waterway Transport and the State Institution “State Hydrography.” A graduate of the National Mining University specializing in Management of Foreign Economic Activity, Kindrativ has further enhanced his expertise through programs at the Ukrainian School of Political Studies, the Aspen Institute Kyiv, and the Ukrainian Catholic University in partnership with Stanford University.
