Responding to a critical shortage of hands-on engineering talent, BlueBird Tech has designed a five-day practical program that takes participants through the full cycle of FPV drone assembly — from foundational skills to professional configuration and repair. The course targets specialists who want to enter Ukraine’s tech sector but lack sufficient practical experience, with graduates receiving certificates and a pathway to contribute directly to the country’s defense capability. The strongest participants will be offered the opportunity to join the BlueBird Tech team.
