The financing supports OKKO Group’s development of a 147 MW wind power project expected to generate at least 380 GWh of renewable electricity annually and strengthen Ukraine’s energy security as one of the first greenfield private power investments since 2022. CMS advised a syndicate of International Finance Institutions, including the EBRD, IFC, and BSTDB, on all Ukrainian law aspects of the transaction, from structuring and due diligence to financing and project documentation.
