A Memorandum of Understanding signed on 26 January 2026 by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) launches a railway infrastructure initiative in cooperation with Schwihag AG and JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia,” selected under Switzerland’s first Call for Proposals for Swiss Companies in Ukraine. DLF attorneys-at-law is serving as legal counsel to Schwihag AG, providing comprehensive support on project structuring, compliance with SECO requirements, coordination with Ukrainian counterparties, and regulatory matters.
