The fourth annual Ukrainian Energy Roundtable, held on the margins of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, brought together government officials, international investors, and business leaders to discuss pathways from wartime resilience to sustainable economic growth. The discussion featured Oleksii Sobolev, CFA, Minister for Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, and Davide La Cecilia, Special Envoy for the Reconstruction of Ukraine at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, alongside USUBC Senior Advisors Amb. John Herbst, Amb. Geoffrey Pyatt, and Amb. Kurt Volker. Participants focused on strengthening energy security, mobilizing private investment, and positioning energy as a driver of Ukraine’s long-term recovery.
