The case revolved around therights to the valuable software, which the Client purchased in mid-2014. Thepurchase was made from the liquidator of a European insolvent company that usedto retain a team of Ukrainian engineers for the relevant software development.After months of intense negotiations, the firm’s team helped to formalize ahighly favorable settlement, which unequivocally confirms the Client’s rightsto the software.
