The event, organized by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation together with the State Employment Service of Ukraine and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, will highlight new nationwide findings on employers’ skill needs and workforce challenges across Ukraine. Discussions will explore how evidence-based policies can support reconstruction, strengthen competitiveness, and address critical labor shortages.
