The event, hosted at Landmark’s E Street Cinema, with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA) and Leonid Foundation, marks the three-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Based on real events, “Bucha” is a powerful story about a refugee from Kazakhstan who saved hundreds of Ukrainians in Bucha and in other occupied Ukrainian territories. A special press conference and Q&A session with producer and writer Oleksandr Shchur will follow.
