On Monday, 15 December 2025 at 9:00 AM EST, USUBC will convene its 30th Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors (“Annual Meeting”) in Washington, D.C., which will be held in a hybrid format: in-person and via Zoom, and will include annual elections for the USUBC Executive Committee and Officers.

Invitations have been sent to all USUBC Designated Board Members, and we kindly ask that Proxy Forms be submitted at the earliest convenience to ensure quorum.
