U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will host the USUBC Members Meeting with the State Tax Service of Ukraine Leadership: Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and Lesya Karnaukh, Deputy Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The event will be held on 27 May (Tuesday) at 17:00 in Kyiv. The venue, located in central Kyiv, will be shared with registered participants.
This meeting will focus on improving Ukraine’s tax environment through direct dialogue between the business community and the State Tax Service. USUBC members will gain valuable insights into the Service’s strategic goals for 2025, planned tax reforms, digitalization initiatives, and international taxation policy. Participants will also have the opportunity to raise practical issues and contribute to shaping a more transparent and predictable tax system in Ukraine.

- Strategic goals of the State Tax Service for 2025
- Tax reform and improvements in tax administration
- Plans for digitalization, acceleration, and automation of the VAT refund process in 2025
- The State Tax Service’s policy on international taxation (including double taxation, particularly with the EU and the U.S.)
- Approaches to scheduled and unscheduled tax audits in 2025
