This year the New York Arbitration Week, co-hosted by the New York International Arbitration Center and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators New York Branch, includes the session on “U.S.-Ukraine Mineral Deal: Managing the Risks of Implementation and Potential Disputes”, organized by Vasil Kisil & Partners and K&L Gates LLP. The panel discussion will take place in person in New York and online via Teams.
