Moris Law Firm has issued guidance on the implementation of Ukraine’s new Integrated Environmental Permit (IEP), which came into force on 8 August 2025. The IEP replaces separate permits for air emissions, water use, and waste management with a single, EU-aligned framework for industrial installations. Companies operating in energy, chemicals, metals, and other regulated sectors must now ensure compliance with updated environmental standards and prepare to transition before August 2029.
