Irina will participate in the Energy Private Equity Transactions panel, presented by the Energy Business Subcommittee of the Commercial Finance Committee on Friday, 19 September 2025 at 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET. This panel will provide an overview of legal, regulatory, financial, and technological considerations in domestic and international energy private equity transactions.
As part of the panel, Irina will present an overview of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) and discuss the U.S.-Ukraine Minerals Deal and related developments.
