Kongsberg has officially established a permanent presence in Ukraine, aiming to develop and deliver affordable air defense missiles and unmanned surface vessels locally. Kinstellar’s Ukraine team, led by Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova and Daniel Bilak, advised on regulatory, corporate, and partnership matters, supporting Kongsberg’s integration into Ukraine’s defense ecosystem.
