A new mechanism on the Diia state portal now allows temporary reservation of defence sector employees with military registration violations, following amendments under Ukraine’s Law No. 4630-IX. The measure applies to companies critical to the Armed Forces or the economy, enabling employees to be reserved even with incomplete or improperly issued military registration documents, while ensuring compliance with registration requirements. The reservation period is limited to 45 calendar days per employment agreement and can be granted once per calendar year, providing legal clarity and operational continuity for strategic defence sector companies.
