EPAM SYSTEMS JOINS U.S.-UKRAINE BUSINESS COUNCIL

The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC),
on behalf of the members, is pleased to announce that EPAM Systems
has been approved for membership. EPAM Systems is the number one
software engineering outsourcing services provider in Central and Eastern
Europe.
Founded in the USA in 1993, by CEO Arkadiy Dobkin, EPAM maintains
North American headquarters in Lawrenceville, NJ, and European
headquarters in Budapest, Hungary, as well as support and delivery
operations in UK and Germany. EPAM software development centers
are located in Russia, Hungary, Belarus, and Ukraine.
EPAM Systems will be represented on the USUBC board of directors
by Karl Robb, President, EPAM Systems Europe and Executive Vice-
President, EPAM Systems Group. Drew J. Guff, Managing Director and
founding partner of Siguler Guff & Company is on the EPAM board of
directors. Siguler Guff is a member of USUBC.
EPAM Systems is the 10th new member for 2008 and the 40th new member
for USUBC since January of 2007. The other new members in 2008 are
MaxWell USA, Baker and McKenzie law firm, Och-Ziff Capital Management
Group, Dipol Chemical International, MJA Asset Management, General
Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Halliburton and the DLA Piper law firm.
USUBC now has a total of 62 members.
