NEW COUNTRY MANAGER FOR PROCTER & GAMBLE UKRAINE

KYIV - Mr. Alexander Rodionov has been appointed Country Manager of Procter & Gamble Ukraine. At this position he replaced Mr. Sotirios Marinidis who has been leading the Company since August 2008. Alexander Rodionov will simultaneously perform the role of Director of Sales of Procter & Gamble in Ukraine.
He received his education at the Tula Politechnical Institute with the major in applied mechanics as well as in Moscow Academy of Instrumental Devices. In 1995 Mr. Rodionov joined Procter & Gamble Company and began his career in sales department.
By 2001 he occupied different positions in the sales department in Tula, Moscow and Novosibirsk, after which for 2 years he was assigned to the European office of the Company in Geneva.
He successfully worked for 2 years in Seattle (USA) at the position of the Associate Director for Fabric and Home Care sector of the Customer Business Development department, Procter & Gamble North America before his present assignment.
The previous P&G country manager in Ukraine, Sotirios Marinidis, has been appointed General Manager of Procter & Gamble, Balkans. He returns to the region where he previously occupied one of the leading managerial positions in Marketing department and in an area where he has great expertise and experience.
