US POLYTECH LLC JOINS THE U.S.-UKRAINE
BUSINESS COUNCIL (USUBC)

Bridging the gap between Ukrainian technical institutes and universities,
Ukrainian high technology companies and the global marketplace-- 
in partnership with global high technology companies.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine
Business Council (USUBC), on behalf of the entire membership, is most
pleased to announce that US PolyTech LLC, Washington, D.C. has been
approved for USUBC membership.

US PolyTech LLC is incorporated in the United States and is the official
international representative and partner with the Ukrainian legal entity
"SciencePark-Kyiv Polytechnic National University."

US PolyTech LLC works to bridge the gap between Ukrainian technical
institutes and universities, Ukrainian high technology companies and the
global marketplace - in partnership with global high technology companies.

"SciencePark-Kyiv Polytechnic National University" was established on
December 22, 2006 by Ukrainian Parliamentary legislation, endorsed by
Ukraine's Prime Minister and Cabinet of Ministers and confirmed by Official
Decree 523-V,  by the President of Ukraine. By law, "SciencePark-Kyiv
Polytechnic University" represents all new high technology developments
from Ukraine.

The mandate for "SciencePark-Kyiv Polytechnic National University" states
the commitment to intensify development and production of Ukrainian high
technology products on domestic and international markets.

L. Julian Demchuk is the Managing Partner of US PolyTech LLC and has
been working in Ukraine since 1991.

USUBC MEMBERSHIP MORE THAN TRIPLES -----

US PolyTech LLC is the 68th member for USUBC, the 16th new member
for 2008, and the 46th new member since January of 2007. The USUBC
membership has more than tripled in the past 16 months, from 22 in January
of 2007 to 68 in April of 2008. 

The other new members in 2008 are MaxWell USA, Baker and McKenzie
law firm, Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, Dipol Chemical International,
MJA Asset Management, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Halliburton,
DLA Piper law firm, EPAM Systems, DHL International Ukraine, Air

For "SciencePark-Kyiv Polytechnic National University"

The mandate envisions "SciencePark-Kyiv Polytechnic University"
incubate concepts, partner and integrate professional higher education and
advanced science with global high technology companies, and market the
end product.

Kyiv Polytechnic National University was founded in 1898 with the intent
to become a leading educational institution for the country's industry and
agriculture professionals.

In over a century of history at Kyiv Polytechnic National University,
resident eminent figures included the first University Dean, Dmitriy I.
Mendeleev, creator of the periodic table of elements; Igor Sikorsky,
