When the world’s leading tactical medicine experts came together to share knowledge, Razom brought frontline Ukrainian medics to share the truth of war.

At SOMA (Special Operations Medical Association), the leading U.S. research conference for special operations medical professionals, eight Ukrainian medical experts took the stage. They didn’t come with theories. They came with lived experience and life-saving innovation forged under fire.

From the 3rd Assault Brigade to Kharkiv Military Hospital, and from battlefield stabilization points to frontline surgical centers – these tactical medicine leaders operate in some of the toughest conditions Europe has seen in generations. After supplying many of the medical stabilization points where these medics have spent much of the past three years, Razom decided to do more by organizing and funding their participation in this conference.

Their 5.5-hour workshop was well attended by American and international medics, who described the session as a wake-up call. Participants gained firsthand insight into how Ukraine is saving lives on the front lines and equipping allies to face future threats they have not encountered before.

Razom’s Health and Heroes teams joined forces to bring this Ukrainian delegation to SOMA and hosted a dedicated networking event focused on Ukraine for 75 participants. The gathering became a dynamic space for collaboration, fresh ideas, and long-term partnerships.

Razom remains committed to showing up — because every insight shared, every life saved, and every relationship built brings Ukraine one step closer to victory.

🇺🇦 Ukraine isn’t just defending itself. Ukraine is defending the world.
