Sayenko Kharenko provided Ukrainian legal counsel to the EBRD on a long-term secured loan that will enable Karpaty Mineral Waters to build a modern greenfield production facility in the Lviv region. The project is set to nearly double the company’s output capacity while delivering measurable environmental benefits and creating new employment opportunities, including roles for veterans and people with disabilities. The investment is supported by the EU’s Ukraine Investment Framework, reflecting strong international backing for Ukraine’s economic resilience and recovery.
